<div itemprop="description">HENRY JOHN VANDERSTEL <br />September 23, 1948 - January 25, 2014 <br /> <br />It is with great sadness that the family of Henry Vanderstel announce his passing on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Royal University Hospital. <br /> <br />Henry is survived by his loving wife Ilona (nee Hurton); daughter Teresa Vanderstel (Rich), grandchildren Chantelle (Sheldon) Kayden, Ashlynn, Ty; Shauna; Michelle (Martin) Peyton, Keegan; Nicole (Jeremy) Felix; daughter Shelly Adams, grandsons Brayden and Spencer; siblings Bill (Barb) Vanderstel, Cobi Allen, Jenny Ryder and John Thomas; son in law Ken (Renee) Bueckert; and several nieces, nephews and extended family. <br /> <br />He was predeceased by his parents Arie and Elizabeth; children in infancy Charlene, Sherry, Michael; and brother in law Al Ryder. <br /> <br />Henry was born in S&rsquo;Gravendeel, Holland and came to Canada July 1, 1953 along with his parents and siblings. He lived in various locations in Saskatchewan, lastly residing in Broadview.
