<div itemprop="description">Born: February 18, 1941 - Conquest, SK<br />Passed Away: March 14, 2016 - Lloydminster, SK<br /><br />The passing of Jack Jones, age 75 years, of Provost, AB occurred at the Lloydminster Hospital. <br /><br />Jack is survived by his daughter, Anne (Denis) St. Yves; son, Keith (Louise) Jones; their mother, Carrolyn Jones; grandsons, Noah and Luke St. Yves; and brother, Bill (Lynne) Jones and family. <br /><br />The family would like to thank everyone for their friendship and kindness. <br /><br />A Graveside Service will be held at the Fertile Valley Cemetery, Conquest, SK on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Cindy Gossling officiating.
