October 19, 1941 – February 16, 2017
Sonja Moore (nee Kupczak) suddenly passed away at the age of 75.
She is survived by her three children, Karla Luczanko of Calgary, Adrian (Janet) Luczanko of Comox, Andrei (Shari) Luczanko of Courtenay; her granddaughter, Katya Luczanko of Comox; and her sister, Edna (Fred) Hatley of Prince Albert.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jim and Mary Kupczak; her husbands, Thomas Luczanko and Clinton Moore.
Sonja was born in Saskatoon and her adult life found her living in Churchill, Belledune, Brampton and returned to Saskatoon in 1990. Her hobbies and interests included gardening, crafting, crocheting, travelling and above all dancing and Red Hatters.
Memorial donations in Sonja’s memory can be made to the Saskatchewan Heart and Stroke Foundation.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Park Funeral Home. A private family interment of cremated remains will be held at a later date.
