<div itemprop="description"><br>Our dearly beloved mother was born on the Glabus farm just outside of Lake Lenore. She passed away at St. Paul’s Hospital, Saskatoon, surrounded by her family. <br> <br>She leaves behind her children, Alan, Carole (Brian Tokaruk) and Patrick (Judy); 11 grandchildren, Alan Jr., Francis, Candace, Pam, Heather, Travis, Cindy, Amy, Jason, Tanya, Riley; 13 great grandchildren; sister, Eleanor Schnurr; and numerous nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers in law. <br> <br>She was predeceased by our father, her husband, John Joseph Ludwig (1987); grandson, Marcus Tokaruk (1978); great grandson, Keaton (2013); her father, Peter Glabus (1969); mother, Barbara Specht (1929); step mother, Mary Egger (2004); sisters, Eleanor, Eileen (2016), Trudy (1986); brothers, Alfred in infancy, William ‘Bill’ (1996); and niece, Peggy Schnurr (2012). <br> <br>Vigil for Leona will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. and the Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Both services will be held at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 535 - 8th Street East, Saskatoon, celebrated by Rev. Fr. Nestor Gregoire, OMI.
