<div itemprop="description"><br />It is with sad hearts we say farewell to our Mother, our strength and best friend. Lois passed away peacefully at Luther Special Care Home on March 4, 2015 with her family by her side. <br /><br />Lois was born in Crooked River, Saskatchewan to William and Grace Brown being 3rd of 8 children. <br /><br />Lois married William Curtis of Madison, Saskatchewan in 1950, this union being blessed with 5 children. Predeceased by Bill in 1965, Lois met and married Gearld Olsen of Unity, Saskatchewan in 1971 and was blessed with 2 more children. <br /><br />Lois is predeceased by her parents Robert and Grace Brown; 3 siblings Betty Kozoriz, Gary Brown and Daniel Brown; 2 husbands William Curtis and Gearld Olsen; and 2 sons, Robert Curtis and Timothey Olsen. <br /><br />Lois is survived by her 5 children Shelley (John Starosta), Curtis, Cathy (Mike) Charlton, William (Melody) Curtis, Marty (Sandra) Curtis, Tammy (Jim) Olsen; 21 grandchildren; and 30 great grandchildren. Lois also leaves behind 4 siblings, sister Addie Shaw of Wildwood, Alberta, sister Shirley Redl of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, brother Robert (Arlene) Brown of Wildwood, Alberta and brother Martin (Denise) Brown of Unity, Saskatchewan.
