<div itemprop="description"><br>BLUE, Muriel Grace departed this life on November 11, 2016. <br> <br>Muriel is survived by her sons Greg (Ana Rosa) of Vancouver and Kerry of Calgary, her sister Shirley Rolfe of Moose Jaw, and by many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews who brought great joy to her life. <br> <br>She was predeceased by her beloved husband Dr. Clarke Blue, and by her parents, four brothers, and two sisters. <br> <br>Muriel was born in Midale, SK, grew up in Moose Jaw, worked there for several years and later moved to Regina, where she worked in the Saskatchewan Dept. of Health. Following her marriage she lived in Saskatoon for the rest of her life. Muriel and Clarke Blue were founding members of Grosvenor Park United Church and took a very active part in its early years. Muriel was also an active member of the Saskatoon City Hospital Auxiliary. She was a skillful and talented artist. <br> <br>Muriel’s family express profound thanks to Drs. J. Wood, K. Roelens, A. Ogieglo, C. Veikle, and the staff of Cosmopolitan Villa at Porteous Lodge, Stonebridge Crossing Retirement Community, and Luther Riverside Terrace for the care and kindness Muriel received in her final years. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers, the family requests that Muriel be remembered by making a donation to a charity of the donor’s choice. <br> <br>A private memorial service will be held at a later date. <br> <br>To share condolences and memories, visit www.parkfuneral.ca “Obituaries”.
